Each Yak Cheese Nugget can be puffed in the microwave to make a delicious crunchy treat.

Yak Cheese Chews have been made for generations in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal as a nutritious snack by the local population. They are known locally as 'Churpi'. Made from a few, simple ingredients (Yak milk, salt, and lime juice) they are low fat, high in protein and packed full of nutrients. 

Our chews are smoked to provide a delicate but delicious flavor. The nuggets are seriously hard. By puffing them they become easier for your dog to eat as a treat. They will still need to spend some time crunching their way through the puff though. This quality chewing can help reduce tartar and improve your dogs' oral hygiene - which is highly recommended by veterinarians.

Simply microwave the nugget for about 45 seconds until it puffs up (vary the time depending on your microwave) - LET IT COOL - and then watch as your dog enjoys the crunchy texture and delicious smoky taste.

Each pack contains 1lb of nuggets which vary in size but are typically 3/4 inch cubes. Every nugget is 100% all natural, made with no fillers, additives or preservatives.
